INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1⁄2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • 1⁄4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over both sides of chicken.
  2. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. 
  3. Add chicken; cook 7 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
  4. Transfer chicken to a platter; keep warm. Reduce heat to medium-low
  5. Add vinegar and honey to pan. Simmer 1 minute or until glaze thickens; stir constantly. 
  6. Pour glaze over chicken and serve.
